Lasers Everywhere

I’m back to coding again after a few weeks catching up on some TV, movies and reading. Earlier this week I jumped right back into the coding with a rework of the laser system in the game, I have to say that I am pleased with the result as now the lasers work and look much better. I’ve also been reworking collision detection for a huge number of objects, this has definitely made the game much more fair, as previously a degree of luck was needed to get collisions to work correctly. I also reworked the liquid system to allow for a better freezing and thawing mechanic to function. Its been tough work but the progress has been good. I hope to keep it up in the near future
